There are a lot of types of pliers that usually we use for Jewelry making. Choose pliers that nicely fit to your fingers and doesn't hurt when you use it because we will use these tools in long term.
1. Flat nose Pliers : For bending wire and hold the wire steadily. ( a must have)
2. Round nose Pliers: For making loop and curves (a must have)
3. Wire cutter Pliers : For cutting wire (a must have)
4. Chain nose Pliers : For gripping,bending and manipulating wire.
5. Crimping Pliers: To make appealing round beads when crimping a crimp bead
6. Split ring Pliers : To open a split ring
7. Nylon Jaw : To help prevent scraped and dented wires and straightening the wires
8. Rosary : Usually to make a rosary styled necklace / bracelet. Combining of round nose pliers and side cutters. Used for making loops and curves
